Ian Perry

Originally from England, Ian trained in London before working with the Roux brothers, Buckingham Palace and the Michelin stared Leiths of London.

1994 took Ian to Bermuda for almost 4 years at a private members resort and club. Ian moved to Australia permanently in 1999 living first in Melbourne while working at the Park Hyatt Melbourne, then moving briefly to the Yarra Valley. In 2003 he moved to the region to become Chef of Upstairs at Hollick. In 2008 Ian joined TAFESA as Cookery Lecturer and he is also involved with ‘The Barn’. He has also established his own catering company ‘Seasoned Catering’.
